Tomonitor the actual batt weight of the fiber passing over the load cell controlled apron and then making feed roll adjustments to compensate and thus give a constant web weight at the doffers.
In order to keep the fiber feeding amount of Carding machine consistent, installing continuous weighing belt between feeder and Carding machine, to minimize the web weight deviation rate and improve the lengthways CV value of the product.
