BALE OPENER

To pre-open all kinds of fiber from bales then weighing pre-determined percentages as required for a total blend. Weighing is by electronic scale and transfer of material is by cross conveyer to the opener.

OPENER

To open the fiber and transfer by fan to the next procedure

BIG CHAMBER BLENDER

To blend and store any opened fiber to also ensure continuous production feed to the card line.

VIBRATION FEEDER

After opening and blending, the fibers are fed into an even layer or batt to feed to the carding machine.
