Highloft Through-air nonwoven fabric:Top sheet/back sheet 17-25 g/m², ADL 20-50 g/m²

Raw material:1.5D-3D*32-38mm Bicomponent Hydrophilic fiber for top sheet and ADL, 1.5D-2.2D*32-38mm Bicomponent Hydrophobic fiber for back sheet and Pre-filter fabric for N 95 mask

Output mechnical speed: max 120m/min.

Normal production speed: max 300kg/h for 25gsm product. Max 200kg/h for 17gsm product.

Max net width: ≤2600mm
